Stuart is based in the UK and has extensive homologation experience in numerous global markets, particularly the EU, UK , Australia and Japan . Stuart has 22 years experience in automotive testing and homologation. He was employed at Lotus Engineering from 1986 until 2005, starting his career there as a technician in the Vehicle Test & Development Dept, and in 1997 moved to the Type Approval Dept. where in 1999, he became their Senior Engineer. Stuart has worked closely with the engineers and inspectors of RDW, the Type Approval Authority of the Netherlands , as well as numerous testing facilities such as Millbrook, MIRA, TNO , KEMA, UTAC and PDE .
Taylor Vinson
Taylor works out of Washington DC and specializes in National Highway Traffic Safety Administration matters. He was an attorney in NHTSA's chief counsel's office for 36 years, the last 27 of which as senior attorney with primary responsibility for, among other things, temporary exemptions of small-volume manufacturers from the FMVSS, and the import regulations.
Les Weaver
Les Weaver is based in Texas and has been working in the automotive emissions testing business for the past 24 years. Les is the Vice President of Wallace Environmental Testing Labs, Inc., a facility performing U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) testing since 1984. In addition, Les specializes in vehicle certification with both EPA and the California Air Resources Board, including all government applications and computer-based submissions.
